How To Join......
All particpants are asked to play by filling out a standing order form with their bank and we have a simple form for you fill-out. Click on the link below and print-out the form. Fill in your details and return to your bank manager remembering to sign the form. We will do the rest and before long you will be participating in our Holyport Chance!
We have also included a form which states the terms and conditions, please return this to any member of the club, as we need to know where to send your winnings!!!
